Dear Black Aigle Equestrian boots,

I love you.

It was love at first sight when I saw you sitting there at the yard sale. I realized we were perfect for each other when I discovered you were waterproof thus solving the what-do-I-wear-in-the-rain-that-protects-my-tootsies-but-doesn’t-have-pictures-of-pink-ducks-on-it problem. You are functional and fashionable so I paid for you and we began our journey together. I can’t wait to tread through puddles with you.

Dear Red Rain Boots,

It’s over. It never really worked if you think about it. It’s not that I’m not attracted to you, you’re beautiful, but it just wasn’t a good fit – literally you’re about a size and a half too big. I could never get past the driveway with you as you made me sound like a loud horse clomping down the street. So I must let you go and be someone else’s – you’ll find your fit.
